A Wood-elf falls from the sky after a spell goes wrong. His screams can be heard as he plummets. He had 3 scrolls of Icarian Flight on him, which when used cast fly on the user, but they must use at least half of the fly speed granted to move directly upward, the remaining speed can be used for lateral movement.

He also has an Iron Sparksword and some outlandish clothes, on him.
