Settlement in need

You pass a small settlement, with some half-built houses and tents. They have some issue (big or small) going on that the party may help with.

1 Bandits Nearby (10sp per bandit slain, plus loot)

3 Goblins holed up in a cave nearby (5sp per goblin ear, plus loot)
4 Wild animals nearby, roll on the Random Events animal encounter list

(2sp per animal)

6 Lend a hand building (2gp per person, lose a hex of movement)

I'm trying to find a balance on rewards to difficulty. While the numbers convert up to gold, it's more realistic that settlers would have the less valuable silver on hand.

No matter the job, the settlement rewards them with the money and a free meal.
