Timeline

BCE ???? - The Feud begins.

BCE 2500 - Humanity lands on Tyria.

BCE 2000 - the Leonin war with the humans, and are driven back beyond the desert.

BCE 1900 - The Undying War begins, cutting the Leonin off from their homeland.

BCE 1810 - Rytlock is founded by the Leonin still living in the region.

BCE 900 - on the 1000'th anniversary of the start of the Undying War, Balthazar's Fury erupts, coating the desert in smoke and ash. The war continues unabated.

         The volcano continues to bellow black smoke over the desert.

BCE 700 - Elves make landfall on Tyria, Lion's Arch as we know it is founded.

BCE 400 - Shiro is slain on the island now known as Unwaking Waters. The power released by his death turned the island to stone and the surrounding sea to jade.

BCE 300 - The order of the Sunspears is founded. Dunkoro's Hold is constructed.

BCE 275 - Grenth and his Envoys cast Dhuum into the underworld, sealing him away.

BCE 250 - The Hounds of Balthazar are founded.

BCE 230 - The Hounds, with Balthazar himself at their side, drive Menzies out of the material plane.

BCE 150 - Kormir slays Abaddon in the woods now known as Godslost Swamp.

BCE 125 - Shiro rebels against Grenth, weakening the seal holding Dhuum.

BCE 100 - The dwarves and goliaths come south through Borlis Pass. Eir's Stedding is Founded

CE 0 - King Doric claims the Throne of Tyria.

CE 20 - The smoke from Balthazar's Fury becomes white. The Hounds believe this to be a sign that the Undying War was nearing its end.

CE 20-24 - The hounds make preparations to join the Undying war, hoping to put it to an end.

CE 24 - The ill-fated war, now known as the Culling of the Hounds, begins.

CE 25 - Fort Melonni is lost. Balthazar has not been seen.

CE 28 - The Abandoned Stronghold is lost, and with it, the culling ends.

CE 30 - Present Day
