Khilbron, an ancient king whose pride led him to his current place, as the eternal enemy of Palawa Joko, in their Undying War.

While Joko is stronger than Khilbron, he has been held back by Khilbron's army, especially the great dracolich, Rotscale.

Khilbron uses the stat-block of a Devkarin Lich.

Rotscale uses the stat-block of an Adult Green Dracolich.
