The Envoys are an extension of [[Grenth|Grenth's]] power. No one is sure where they came from, who they were. What is known is that they serve as shepherds for lost souls, ferrying them between the mortal plane and the afterlife. They help take souls where they are meant to go. There are 4 of them, and while little is known of each one, they are able to act as individuals, as shown with the traitor envoy, [[Shiro]]. <gallery widths="300" heights="360"> File:Demrikov concept art.jpg|Demrikov File:Heleyne concept art.jpg|Heleyne File:Vetaura concept art.jpg|Vetaura File:Torivos concept art.jpg|Torivos </gallery> __notoc__ === Demrikov the Herald === Demrikov is an intimidating figure, with a horn central in his skull, and a gold sword in hand. He wears a tattered cape over scratched armor. Whoever he was in life, he's thought to be a true warrior. He is said to come to those who fall in battle. === Emissary Heleyne === Heleyne, despite her near-demonic appearance, is thought to have been a priestess in life. She is said to be the kindest of the Envoys, sympathetic to the newly fallen. She is said to appear to those who succumb to disease or illness, or accident. === Messenger Vetaura === Vetaura is a tall and lean man, presumed to be a monk in life. His pointed scythe is said to help souls exit their mortal bodies. He is stoic in his duty. He is said to help those who pass due to the limits of a beings life-span. === Courier Torivos === Everyone must, at some time, come to the underworld. The bull-headed Torivos gives the hesitant some... encouragement. Those who think themselves beyond death will always find the axes of Torivos say otherwise.
